About
Kintsugi: The Art of Becoming Whole is a therapeutic, trauma-informed program for anyone moving through change, grief, burnout, or a season of feeling “not like yourself.” Inspired by the Japanese practice of repairing broken pottery with gold, Kintsugi offers a grounded way to work with what’s been painful—without minimizing it, rushing to “get over it,” or trying to return to who you were before. Across the program, you’ll be guided through gentle, evidence-based practices that support nervous-system regulation, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. You’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck, learn how to meet difficult emotions with steadiness, and practice integrating your experiences into a coherent, kinder relationship with yourself. Each step is designed to be practical and supportive, helping you translate insight into daily life. You’ll leave with a personalized set of tools you can return to—along with a clearer sense of what you need, what you value, and how to move forward with more wholeness, agency, and care.
